The export comes with instructions the assistant reads first. They ask it to:
The file, the page of a PDF and the date behind each fact, so you can open it and look.
Its notes, and what you tell it, go in a folder of its own: point it to that folder when you export again. It never edits, renames or deletes your files.
Your name, ID number and contact details stay out of web searches and other tools unless you ask.
It explains rather than diagnoses, and says plainly when a record suggests seeing a doctor soon.
It supports your doctor and doesn't replace them. For urgent symptoms, call your doctor or Magen David Adom on 101, not an assistant.
